I truly appreciate the passion many readers have for Inflamed - the title is very aptly named, I think. However ( and I never planned to do this and don't really ever plan to address something like this again in the future, but it's kind of getting to me personally and affecting my daily writing process for the next book ), I don't think I expected some of the more vitriolic messages I've received as a result of this book either. Now, I expected opposition to the story/characters/writing/setting/swearing before I was even halfway done with the book, so that's not what this is about. People are entitled to feel how they choose and once a book leaves my hands and is in yours, it's no longer something I "own". Truth be told, I really appreciate hearing all sides because it helps me to grow as an author, and this is where reader feedback comes in. I’ve been getting asked about the other stories that will feature other members of the Shadow Riders, and I figured I would announce that the next few books I’ll be working on for this group of rowdy bikers will be BLUE and STYX's stories!  I have titles and covers for both and depending on which book I plan to release first, I will showcase the title and cover ( as well as the summaries ) on my blog and Facebook pages. Styx's story was one that I wanted to tell from the beginning. The minute he and Mia have their first real conversation, I knew there was a story there for him and it was one that I felt I needed to dig a little deeper with. ALOT has set me back over the last few weeks since my last post between edits and losing a *crucial* chunk of the book ( right at the center of it ) in an unexpected computer crash literally just a day after that last post. But I've been rewriting about 15-20k of the words that I lost, which has been stressful and hair pulling because I can usually zip through them, but this book has been different. On top of it, I also lost crucial notes as well, so I'm having to retool a lot. But I'm hoping that it turns out to be worth it in the end. Also, the book has a new cover that I feel better suits the story: I love this cover. I think out of all my books, it is my absolute favorite as is this story. *Takes a deep breath* I've written a new book. An unconventional romance that is completely unlike anything I've ever written before. This story took me on a journey of discovery and I learned about myself, about intolerance and about people. I stepped completely outside of the box to write this story and after a lot of soul searching, I'm glad that I finally did and am putting it out there. It won't be everyone's cup of tea and I understand that, which is why I've written it under a pen name. I need to be able to spread my wings as a writer and create stories outside of my comfort zone and more importantly, stories outside of the norm. I need to be able to sink into myself and really think about who I am and what I want and who I want to be. I'll be 30 years old in two weeks and I'm realizing that time is tick, tick, ticking away and I can't waste anymore of it by NOT doing the things I want to do or writing the books I want to write out of fear....

Truth & Consequences releases in 3 days. Unfortunately the current uploaded version on Amazon is still in DRAFT FORM. And it's in publishing. Which means I can't fix it until it's released. Which also means that if you pre-ordered the book, the version that will be uploaded to your kindle on October 10 at 12am is a DRAFT and NOT the completed version as intended. I hate that because the portion uploaded is about 25K words that literally take place in the center of the book and will make no sense (or might even piss you off) when you read them. Sigh. However, all hope is not lost as a CORRECTED version will be uploaded on the DAY of RELEASE. Hey guys! I hate to even do this so late in the game, but due to some unfortunate issues, Truth & Consequences will be delayed and officially released on the 10 th of October . I promised to have Part One up for Truth & Consequences this week, but as I continue editing the book and ridding it of typos, I'm realizing that only HALF of  Part One is working for me. The other half of Part One? Not so much. It doesn't flow well with the rest of the book as I want it to and in order for me to be satisfied enough for you to read it, it needs to work for me first. At the moment, it's not doing that, so I won't be able to post it just yet.  I wanted to post another scene instead and varied between Mo/Vanessa, Vanessa/Nikki, Nikki/Oscar, Sheila/Adrian, but every single scene with the exception of a few is just chock-full of spoilers for other parts of this book.  Soooooo, it may have to wait until the book finally gets in your hands!
